Voyage Care have 20 transitional and step down brain injury rehabilitation services across the country. Many of these also have semi-independent flats or bungalows. Here you can build your daily living skills and confidence with plenty of staff support, before moving back to your family home or into a new property. More long term placements are also possible if required.
Partners in Specialist Care are part of Voyage Care. They specialise in providing care and support to adults and children with complex needs, brain injuries, spinal injuries and neurological conditions in their own homes. These care packages can include very intensive support and nursing.
Through Voyage Options, we can also provide home support services. This can be for as many hours as you want, to do whatever you want. This could include attending medical appointments, looking after your home, budgeting and paying bills, personal care needs or looking for work or education placements. You can also get advice on finding somewhere suitable to live and adapting the property to meet your needs.
