Voyage have a range of care and support solutions for people with a variety of specialist needs. These currently include acquired brain injuries, neurological impairments, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and mental health needs.
We have a depth of experience, developed over 20 years, in understanding the needs of individuals. Some people may require a relatively short period of intensive support; others may be looking for a range of solutions which will meet their needs at different stages in their lives. In all cases a special effort will be made to understand each individual’s particular needs and aspirations, using thorough assessment processes which will then be translated into a personalised care or support plan. We provide an environment and culture which promote progress and independence. This website features service users who lead fulfilling lives and are involved in their local communities.
We have a wide range of services for adults and young people in England, Scotland and Wales. Since 2002 we have developed 20 services that exclusively meet the needs of people with acquired brain injuries and we have advanced plans for several more. In addition we currently have over 230 other services, some generic, others highly specialised. We have developed over 20 brand new services in each of the last five years and we pride ourselves on being able to provide a full continuum of care, from support in the home to highly specialised nursing home or hospital environments.
